My approach
It’s crucial to highlight that the effectiveness of psychotherapy is a comprehensive process that encompasses the therapist’s knowledge, experience, attitude, and the therapeutic relationship established with the client. Counselling is a collaborative journey between you and your therapist, aimed at facilitating positive changes in your life.
During therapy, I collaborate with clients to address inner conflicts and uncover unconscious influences to promote awareness, self-compassion, and interpersonal skills. My treatment approaches are diverse, and tailored to individual and living contexts, following a holistic, Process-based Therapy model.
I place the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of the counseling process, accompanying the client, believing that “the client is the expert in their life”. The methods I have been trained in include: Schema Therapy, Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology Interventions (PPI), Family System Therapy.
